After in-person consultation, I will be able to produce written prescription for some medications
Service Description
If your pet urgently needs prescription-only medications for pre-existing conditions when your regular vet is unavailable, I can offer a prescription consultation in person. (Please note that I must physically check your pet before prescribing medications, as required by the RCVS' professional code).
Cancellation Policy
For urgent help and emergencies, please call my number directly. If possible, please have the following information on hand: - event/concern involving your pet - species, breed, age of your pet - any pre-existing conditions and medications your pet takes - Owner's name, last name, address, contact details. If you can't get hold of me directly, please send me a text/WhatsApp. I will call you back ASAP! If the service is unavailable due to annual leave or during closure time, please refer to your day veterinary practice and the emergency service that they are covered by. Details and contact number of your day vet's out of hours cover should be available on their website or in their voicemail message.
